While using the ATM

• In case of any doubts, if your card is stuck in the ATM or if you cannot get your money, please call our Call Center at 444 0 123/0850 251 0 123.
• When making your transaction, be sure not to get help from anyone other than Kuveyt Türk employees.
• Do not leave the ATM during your transaction.
• Do not use numbers that are easy for others to find out, such as your phone number, card number, date of birth, consecutive numbers when choosing/changing your password.
• Do not allow others to see your password when typing.
• Never share your passwords with anyone else.
• Do not store your password on your mobile phone, in your wallet, or anywhere in writing.
• Remember that you are responsible for your card’s password.
• If your card is stolen or lost, call 444 0 123/0850 251 0 123 Call Center to cancel your card.
