What is Mobile Approval?

Mobile approval is a fast and secure way of granting access to digital channels and transaction approvals via Kuveyt Türk Mobil application. This approval can be given through either a notification pop up or a notification button.
* Our customers not using Kuveyt Türk mobile application may continue to carry out their transactions via digital channels using an SMS passcode.

How to Use Mobile Approval for Login to the Online Branch and for Transaction Approvals

  1. Please enter your customer ID number, password and username on the Online Branch login page (for entity customers). Then press “Continue”.
  2. After verifying your details on the incoming page, press “Login”.
  3. If you are using your account on a new device, the mobile approval will be sent directly to that device. You may grant approval with a single-click either on the notification pop up or on the notification button at the upper right-hand corner without logging in to Kuveyt Türk Mobile homepage with PIN.
If the mobile application is available on your several devices, these devices will be listed on the screen. You can select any device to which you would like to send the mobile approval.

How to Use Mobile Approval in Call Center and Voice Response System

In order to have your transactions executed through Call Center, you can proceed with either "Single Password" (a password used for Kuveyt Türk Mobile application, Online Branch and Call Center) or "Card Details" (card number and password).
If you are using Kuveyt Türk Mobile application, during your transactions, you need to submit the mobile approval delivered with your single password or your card password.

1. Kuveyt Türk Mobile application is installed on my phone, but the mobile approval has not been delivered / the notification has not popped up on the screen. What can I do?
  • Please check the phone’s internet connection.
  • It should be confirmed that the application is up to date.
  • From the phone settings, please follow this path: Notifications > Kuveyt Türk > Allow Notifications. After this, it is advisable to log in to the mobile application once.
