  • Your security information confirms your registered information in our bank. For this reason, it is important that your information is up-to-date.
  • Do not share your customer number and single password with anyone you use in your telephone banking transactions.
  • Do not write your password at all, do not record it on your computer or scanner.
  • Do not choose your own or your close relatives' birthday, wedding anniversary, phone number, special days and dates such as the year of the team you are holding, or passwords that can be easily guessed, such as the same or successive numbers.
  • Dial the telephone banking password. If your passwords are requested verbally or in writing, please do not give any information, please inform your bank about the subject immediately by ending your interviews.
  • Nobody, even your Kuveyt Turk Customer Representative, knows your single password which ensures the privacy and security of your transactions.
  • Dial the number yourself to make calls from other people's phone numbers and from publicly available phones. Make sure you dial the number correctly. After the calls you make, make sure that your transaction passwords are not stored in the phone memory.
  • A voice recording is held for every process you perform in the telephone branch. Your transaction records are securely kept under the protection of customer privacy.
  • In transactions you make through Customer Representatives, before we begin processing, our Customer Representative will ask you for some of your personal information for your safety.
