Current Accounts are opened as drawing accounts that enable money deposit and withdrawal at any time and are not paid any profit shares in return...

They can be opened in TRY, foreign currencies or precious metals. Kuveyt Türk does not charge any account maintenance fee for current accounts.

Internal transfer, money transfer, Retail Payment System (RPS) transactions
Automatic/Manual Credit and credit card payment
Cheque collections/Cheque Book usage
Credit and credit card payment

Turkish Citizens and Residents

Turkish Identity Card, Turkish driving license or passport
Address confirmation certificate (certificate of residence, copy of an invoice of a service that requires subscription belonging to the last three-month period or a certificate issued by a public institution evidencing address)

Foreign Residents

Passport or residence permit
Foreigner Identity Number
Address confirmation certificate (residence permit or copy of an invoice of a service that requires subscription belonging to the last three-month period)

Foreign Non-Residents

Passport
Address confirmation certificate (certificate of residence, copy of an invoice of a service that requires subscription belonging to the last three-month period or a certificate issued by a public institution evidencing address)
For foreign natural persons, certificate showing Tax Identity Number issued by tax offices.
