What Is Early Private Pension Insurance?
Early Private Pension Insurance is a private pension plan that allows people under 18 to start making savings with a 30% government contribution and individualized assistance services.
Requirements to Retire with Early Private Pension Insurance
- Staying in the system for a minimum of 10 years,
- Completing 56 years of age to qualify for retirement.
Features of Early Private Pension Insurance
- The amount of government contribution you can receive depends on the duration of your participation in the system:
- If you remain in the system for at least three years, you are entitled to 15% of the state contribution returns,
- After six years in the system, you can receive 35% of government contribution returns, and after ten years, you can receive up to 60%,
- If you reach 56 after ten years in the system, you can benefit from 100% of the state contribution.
- Your savings are invested in the pension mutual funds of your choice.
- The minimum contribution for Early PPI is TRY 325 per month. If you wish, you can make higher monthly contributions.
- There is no entrance fee at the start of the plan.
- If you wish to pause pension contribution payments, a monthly interruption fee of TRY 2 is charged.
- There is no management fee within the Early PPI.
- If you wish to leave the system before the end of the 5th year of your contract, a deferred entrance fee will be incurred.
- Individuals who are 18 years or older can transfer the gains and rights from the contract held by the person paying contributions on the participant's behalf.
