Auxiliary Security Information is various functions and measures we added to Kuveyt Türk Internet Branch to ensure security.

Two-Step Entry Screen

In order to log in to Kuveyt Türk Internet Branch, you must first log in with your customer number and password. Customers using Kuveyt Türk Mobile must also provide Mobile Confirmation on the next screen. Other customers will receive an SMS message for verification.

Customers with Mobile Signature or Parolamatik should log in with any of these security applications on the Password screen.

Virtual Keyboard

There is a risk that computers in public places, such as internet cafés, might have a Key Logger or similar program. Therefore, in such environments, you can use the Virtual Keyboard in Kuveyt Türk Internet Branch to eliminate the risk of credential theft.

Mobile Signature

A Mobile Signature is equivalent to a physical signature in electronic media according to the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070.

You can benefit from this service partially or completely in Kuveyt Türk Internet Branch via a Turkcell GSM SIM card.

When using only Mobile Signature, it is sufficient to use this service instead of a password, and there is no need for Secret Word in transactions requiring approval.

For both Password and Mobile Signature usage, you can choose any of the two services when logging into Kuveyt Türk Internet Branch.

In money transfer approval transactions, the user who logs in with a Password is asked for the Secret Word, while the transaction of the user who logs in with Mobile Signature is approved with Mobile Signature.

To add and remove the restriction, you can increase your security by selecting the IP Restriction option from the Settings/Restrictions menu on the Internet Branch.

Account Restriction

You can only authorize the accounts in your Kuveyt Türk Internet Branch for monitoring and closing them to any monetary transaction.

Limiting Registered Transactions

You can make money transfers on Kuveyt Türk Internet Branch only through your existing registered transactions.
