* There is a limit of 5 transactions per day in Foreign Exchange and Precious Metals Trade transactions from Kuveyt Türk Internet Branch.
** You can get service with favorable exchange rates on weekdays for USD, Euro, and gold. During off-hours, you can trade foreign exchange and precious metals within the bank's exchange rate policies.
*** If official and religious holidays fall on weekdays, your EFT and SWIFT transactions will take place on the following business day.
**** Your transactions are processed within the limit of total daily trade orders.
Features of Transaction Limits
- The maximum and minimum limits work on the same principles.
- Limits refer to the maximum limit for the current calendar day (between 00.00 and 11.59 PM),
- Limits are screen-based for foreign exchange transactions. In other words, there are individual limits of TRY 4,000,000 for the foreign exchange buying screen, TRY 10,000,000 for the selling screen, and TRY 10,000,000 for the arbitrage screen.
- Individual limits also apply for Kuveyt Türk Mobile and Internet Branch screens (including precious metal transactions).
- For precious metal transactions, a maximum limit of TRY 1,000,000 applies to gold, silver, and platinum purchases.
- For currencies with margins extended during the day, there is a maximum limit of TRY 5,000 for transactions across all channels, including orders.
- For currencies with typical margins outside of working hours, during extended margins, the maximum and minimum limits function as the rates. In other words, the upper limit drops from TRY 10,000,000 to TRY 5,000.
- A single order can be placed for a minimum of TRY 2,000 and a maximum of TRY 500,000 by specifying the exchange rate amount.
- A maximum of 5 orders can be created in total. In other words, there can be a maximum of 5 orders in the system at the same time.
- When the Bank's exchange rate margins are higher than normal, the total order transaction limits of Kuveyt Türk Internet Branch and other channels for foreign exchange or precious metal transactions are limited to TRY 5,000.
- All limits stated herein are at the bank's discretion.
