Our Customer Satisfaction Policy

Within the scope of our Customer Satisfaction Policy, we promise that we will thoroughly examine the complaints of our valued customers and mobilize all the resources to find a solution in a short time.

At Kuveyt Türk, we promise that;

  • All complaints from our customers will be recorded.
  • The recording process regarding the complaint will be initiated on the same working day without any customer segment discrimination.
  • If our customer is in the right, we will make sure that the necessary measures are taken to improve the work flow and processes related to the complaint.
  • All of our employees will be polite to our complaining customers in all circumstances.
  • All of our employees will report the received complaints to our Customer Satisfaction Service.
  • We will notify our customer about our feedback to their complaint within a maximum of 5 business days.
  • If the notification can not be resolved within 5 working days, then the customer shall be informed that the complaint is

being processed.
