Information About Payments

Automatic Payment: You can enable automatic payment for your credit card debt by giving a written order at a Kuveyt Türk branch. Your debt will be collected automatically on the due date of each month and from the account you ordered.

  • Kuveyt Türk Branch and TURKISH POST: Besides the Automatic Payment Instruction, you can pay your credit card debt at any Kuveyt Türk or TURKISH POST branch (PTT in Turkish).
  • Payment by EFT: You can make payment by EFT to your card number from all domestic banks.
  • Kuveyt Türk Mobile and Internet Branch: You can easily make payments for your credit cards through Kuveyt Türk Mobile or Internet Branch.
  • Kuveyt Türk Customer Contact Center: You can contact us by dialing 444 0 123 for your credit card payment.

For credit card payments via Kuveyt Türk Internet Branch or Customer Contact Center, you must first visit your nearest branch, register for Electronic Banking Services, and get your passwords.

In the Case of Delay

You can pay the minimum amount specified in the statement of account until the due date. The following applies to the amount remaining due to non-payment or partial payment by the due date:

  • A late payment fee applies from the due date to the day you make the payment.
  • If you do not make any payment, the fee will apply from the due date to the following statement cut-off date.
  • RUSF and BITT deductions will be added to the late payment fee.

If your card is lost or stolen, you can call 444 0 123 immediately.
