Who can benefit from Telephone Banking Services?

You must first become a Kuveyt Türk customer to benefit from our Telephone Banking services. You can download Kuveyt Türk Mobile to your phone and click the Become a Customer button. A Single Password is also necessary to use our Mobile Banking services. 

How Can I Get a Single Password?

Setting a Single Password
You can get a single password through the following methods:

  • Call Kuveyt Türk Customer Contact Center (444 0 123/0850 251 0 123).
  • You can access the relevant transaction menu after saying "Get Single Password" over the voice IVR.
  • You can use the Single Password menu to get a password using your card number and password.
  • If you do not have an active card, you can create a Single Password using your chip ID card. For this method, you need a mobile phone with an NFC feature. After activating NFC, you can follow the steps of Forgot Password > Instant Password on the Kuveyt Türk Mobile login screen.
  • If your mobile phone lacks the NFC feature and you do not have a chip ID card, you can visit our nearest branch to get a Single Password.

Changing Your Single Password

  1. Say "Change Single Password" over IVR to access the relevant menu,
  2. The menu will ask you to enter the current password first before changing it to a new password.

Removing Single Password Lock
You can access the relevant menu after saying "Remove Single Password lock" on IVR. You can perform your transaction in a short time by following the steps in the menu.
