How to Install Kuveyt Türk Mobile

• Send MOBIL to 2848 and download Kuveyt Türk Mobile from the link in the SMS you will receive.
• If your mobile phone runs iOS, you can download Kuveyt Türk Mobile from the App Store for free.
• Android users can download Kuveyt Türk Mobile for free from Google Play.
• Kuveyt Türk customers using Huawei devices can download Kuveyt Türk Mobile free from the App Gallery.

Who can use Kuveyt Türk Mobile?

• All individual and corporate customers can use Kuveyt Türk Mobile with an iPhone running iOS 10.0 or higher or an Android device running 5.0 or higher.
• If you are an individual customer, you can create a password from the Instant Password menu to use Kuveyt Türk Mobile.
• Our corporate customers need to obtain their first password from our physical branches.
• To become a Kuveyt Türk customer, simply download Kuveyt Türk Mobile to your smart device and click Open an Account button.

• You can perform your EFT or money transfer transactions quickly and free of charge.
• You do not have to pay any account operating fee.

New Features and Functions

• You can update your phone number from the My Profile screen on Kuveyt Türk Mobile.
• You can update your Money Transfers and Foreign Exchange/Precious Metals limits from the Update Transaction Limits section under the relevant menu.
• You can apply for Private Pension System (PPS - BES), Kasko, Compulsory Traffic Insurance, DASK, and Personal Accident Insurance products via Kuveyt Türk Mobile. You can complete your transaction by choosing the payment option you wish.
• You can open an investment account on Kuveyt Türk Mobile. You can transfer money to the account you opened and perform your Fund and Stock Trade transactions.
• You can see your assets, recent transactions, financing, cards, and accounts on the first screen of Kuveyt Türk Mobile, which has a new login and home page design for easier use.
• You can get notified about money transfers and document approvals sent to or from your account thanks to the mobile notification feature.
• You can deactivate your card via the My Cards menu and view your gold points on the Statement and In-Period Expenses screens.
• You can now benefit from Instant Password and SIM Unblock features via Kuveyt Türk Mobile.
• You can cancel the mutual fund orders you have placed.
