What Is a Single Password?

Single Password is an identity verification password our customers use when logging in to Kuveyt Türk Mobile, Internet Branch, Mobile Banking, TradePlus, Digital Explorer, and other digital channels.

A single Password consists of 6 digits and can be created via the Instant Password menu on Kuveyt Türk Mobile or Internet Branch.

You can also contact Kuveyt Türk Contact Center at 444 0 123 to set up your Single Password.

Our corporate customers can receive their Single Passwords through our branches.

Steps to Install Kuveyt Türk Mobile

  1. Enter your customer number and temporary passcode,
  2. Verify your identity via SMS and phone number,
  3. Create your Single Password,
  4. Log in to Kuveyt Türk Mobile with the new password you created.

Important Points When Using the Internet Branch

  • Beware of scams.
    • Kuveyt Türk sends you SMS messages and e-mails only to provide you with information. Our bank never requests your information via these communication channels. If someone claiming to be affiliated with our bank asks for your information via SMS or e-mail, contact the Kuveyt Türk Contact Center immediately.
  • A valid and secure password should meet the following criteria:
    • Your password should consist of numbers and must have six digits,
    • Do not use consecutive and repeating numbers when creating a password,
    • Do not set your personal information and phone number as a Single Password,
    • Your new password must be different from the previous 3,
    • Do not keep your Kuveyt Türk Internet Branch information in an easily accessible place.
  • Never share your personal information with other people.
  • If possible, install an up to date anti-virus software on your smartphone.
  • Never click on links you received from unfamiliar or untrustworthy sources.
  • Enable the screen lock to prevent unknown persons from using your phone.
  • Kuveyt Türk Mobile terminates your session after 300 seconds of inactivity for your security. Do not leave your phone accessible to others while the application is still open.
