Issues to be Considered While Using External Applications

  • Only use apps in the Kuveyt Türk API Market; do not use any external apps not found in the market.
  • If you're suspicious of a possible scam or fraudulent action, inform Kuveyt Türk Customer Contact Center via 444 0 123/0850 251 0 123.
  • Kuveyt Türk sends SMS and e-mails to its customers for informational purposes only. If you are asked for information, call the Kuveyt Türk Customer Contact Center.
  • Do not share your personal information with anyone.
  • Do not open any content or click on links from unknown sources.
  • Activate the key lock on your cell phone to prevent unauthorized use.
  • Mind these precautions when creating a password:
  1. Use a unique password that you do not use anywhere else,
  2. Make sure that your password does not contain personal information or sequential numbers - instead, prefer complex combinations,
  3. If you write down your password, ensure that only you can access it.
  • You can make transactions in external applications for 24 hours unless you log out. After this time has elapsed, you will need to log in to the app again.
