- Never share your customer number, Single Password, card information, and single-use password with anyone, including your Kuveyt Türk customer representative.
- Enter your Telephone Banking password manually yourself. Do not share any information with people who may request your password. If such an event occurs, end the call immediately and inform our bank about the event.
- Before the transactions you make with our customer representatives, if deemed necessary, you may be asked for some of your personal information for your security. This is to verify the information already registered with our bank, so it is crucial that your details are up to date.
- Never write your passwords anywhere or save them on your computer or browser.
- When creating your password, do not choose special days and dates such as your wedding anniversary, phone number, the founding year of your favorite sports team, or your or your relatives' birthday. Similarly, do not choose combinations of consecutive numbers, or the same number, as they can be easily guessed.
- When making calls from someone else's phone or a phone in a public place, dial the number yourself. Make sure you dial the number correctly. Check whether the phone records transaction passwords you dialed after the call in its memory.
- Every transaction you make through Kuveyt Türk Customer Contact Center is audio recorded. Your transaction records are stored securely to protect customer privacy.
