In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”),

No: 129/1 Esentepe / Şişli / Istanbul, , as a data controller will record, store, update, may disclose to third parties and classify your personal information/data where permitted by law, and again will process these in ways listed in KVKK within the framework described in KVKK. Related details and your rights are summarized below for informational purposes.
1.We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the personal information you entrust to our care. Your personal information as name, family name, telephone number you have submitted to our Bank, your transaction/transfer information and other information to be obtained through the information you have provided, from the systems of our service representatives and service providers, will be processed for the following legal reasons and purposes:
-Provided that it shall be directly related with establishment and execution of an agreement, with the legal ground of processing personal data of the agreement parties being required
To offer you fund transfer services you request and to perform your other banking transactions
-For the legal ground of processing data being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller
To carry out your foreign exchange/precious metal trading transactions and to determine and confirm the actualized transactions in the following processes.
2. In accordance with Article 8 on the transfer of personal data and Article 9 on the transfer of personal data abroad of the Law No.6698, your processed personal data can be transferred to all real and legal persons stipulated by the legislation for the above purposes, to insurance companies with whom we carry out agency activities, to real and legal persons from whom services or information is to be received within the framework of sending commercial electronic messages, to all real and legal persons with whom we have business relations within the framework of our capital market transactions, to public authorities including BRSA, CBRT, CMB, FCIB, RA, our domestic and foreign shareholders, affiliates, subsidiaries and other banks with whom we have a business relationship, to financial institutions and other real and legal persons specified in Article 73/4 of the Banking Law No. 5411.
3.Your personal data will be collected by contract, form, instruction and other documents drawn up with your approval and/or signature in accordance with all laws and relevant legislation, particularly the Banking Law No. 5411, and by these data sharing methods if transaction information is shared by the other party of the transaction to our Bank.Such data can be obtained by automatic methods such as electronic confirmation, text message, electronic mail, internet, telephone, ATM, XTM, digital banking platforms, internet branch and similar electronic or internet-based tools, as well as through non-automatic methods such as forms, contracts, notifications, judicial or administrative decisions submitted to our bank.
4.Your personal data may be stored for periods required for processing purposes. In case there is no other justification or legal reason, no international law or regulation, and the obligations arising from the contracts are eliminated, your personal data, processing purposes of which are eliminated, is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
5.By contacting our bank, you have the rights to learn whether your personal data is processed or not, if your personal data has been processed to request relevant information about it, to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used for its intended purpose, to learn about the third parties at home or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred, in case of incomplete or incorrect processing of your personal data to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698, to request information to third parties to whom your personal data is deleted or destroyed for the above reasons, by analyzing your processed personal data exclusively through automated systems to object to the occurrence of a result against you, to claim the compensation of your damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
