What Are My Airport Privileges?
Comfort of Free Lounge Service
- In addition to Istanbul, Sabiha Gökçen, Ankara, Izmir, Izmir, Antalya, Bodrum and Dalaman airports in Turkey, we offer free Lounge Service for you and an additional guest at more than 100 contracted airports covered by LoungeKey worldwide.
- You can access the LoungeKey contracted airport list from the LoungeKey page.
- Although lounges are free of charge, there is usually a small authorization fee, usually as low as 1 USD. This fee is deducted through Mail Order and Electronic Commerce features and then refunded.
- Before using your card, it’s recommended to enable Mail Order, Internet Sales, and International Sales features to prevent any issues — you can disable these features again once your transaction is complete.
Fast Track at Airports
- At Istanbul (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW), Fast Track service is available free of charge at both domestic and international terminals.
- You can benefit from Fast Track service at Istanbul Airport with the QR code you will receive by logging in to the Special Services menu via Kuveyt Türk Mobile. Please call 444 73 23 23 to obtain a code to benefit from Fast Track service at Sabiha Gökçen Airport.
NOTE: Codes must be obtained via 444 73 23 between 08.00 - 00.00 hours.
Buggy Service
- Using your Kuveyt Türk Mobile QR code, you can access free Buggy (mini golf cart) service in the international departure terminal at Istanbul Airport (IST).
Free Parking and Valet
- With your Elite card, you can access complimentary parking and valet services worth up to 7.000 TL in total, split evenly between Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 3.500 TL each.
- Once the payment takes place, the card will be refunded.
